Railcar Fine Goods was created by Steven Dang. Working for the Los
Angeles Metro, fixing and repairing passenger trains, he wanted to do
something more creative that he had a great interest for. Building
clothes. Taking his attention to detail in the mechanical and
electrical world and transfering them to building high quality garments
was a parallel transition. Hence, the name Railcar Fine Goods. Steven
doesn’t say he makes clothes. His way of thinking is garments are
suppost to be built. Every stitch has a function, every angle has a
function and with fuction comes beauty.
Introducing the mens selvedge jeans from Railcar. We are very excited
about this new product. It’s a Cone 13.5 oz red line selvedge that is
raw and untreated. The denim fabric is 100% cotton. These are made in
our Spikes slim straight fit. These jeans include a chain stitch bottom
hem. The selvedge is present in the coin pocket and the fly. A
traditional washer hole riveting and two-tone stitching is used. Sizes
30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 36 is available

Waistband: Two piece waistband to achive upper and lower fades of
the waistband and to reduce rear gapping. Waistband is also sewn with a
continuous chain stitch that is tucked into the two pieces of the
waistband to prevent unraveling
