Glory Online Shipping Policy
Most orders that are in stock and received by 11:00 AM Pacific Standard time, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day. If an product is on backorder, it will be shipped as soon as it arrives at our warehouse. Glory Online attempts to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Please allow 8-10 weeks delivery time for all special order helmets. Glory attempts to deliver your Davida special order item on time but delivery may be affected by Davida factory production in the UK. Special order helmets from the UK will incur a $45.00 shipping cost. Please contact us for any backorder time estimates.
Glory ships UPS to United States and UPSP internationally. All domestic shipments go UPS Ground unless otherwise selected, all standard charges will apply.

Tracking Your Order
You may track your package by reference number at UPS. Use last 5 digits of your order number as your UPS reference number.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No Exceptions.
Returns will only be accepted within 10 business days after receipt of purchase.
Merchandise must be in as-new, re-sellable condition and include original boxes, packing material, accessories, and a copy of the sales invoice.
Davida Products MUST be packed in the original plastic bag and/or inner and outer boxes.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
For items damaged in shipping, contact UPS immediately.
All returns must be shipped back prepaid and insured.
'Special Order' and 'Custom' items are not refundable, this includes Signature Series Helmets and special order Lewis Leather Jackets and Jeans. (Please allow 6-8 weeks delivery time for all special order helmets. Glory attempts to deliver your Davida special order item on time but delivery may be affected by Davida factory production in the UK.)

All products sold by Glory, Sales & Service are guaranteed to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one month from the date of purchase. Glory will repair or replace the defective product. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accident, misuse, failure to follow instructions, misapplication, alteration or attempted unauthorized repair by anyone other than Glory.
