Davida UK Ltd. designs and manufactures all their helmets at the Davida workshops located near Liverpool in England. Their design engineers work hand in hand with their team of technicians to constantly improve quality and performance. Each Davida helmet is individually hand built to precise standards with the manufacturing procedure carefully regulated. The latest line of Davida Classic Jet helmets maintain the highest standards of quality control required by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) 218 safety standards and Europe's ECE R22-04 safety standard certification.

Each stage of the manufacturing process at the Davida Helmet factory receives meticulous attention to detail. Carefully selected hides of the very best leather are cut and sewn by hand to form the finely tailored interior at Davida UK. The plush leather is generously padded and quilted to provide a superb level of comfort while exceptionally reducing road noise at Davida UK. Natural leather improves with age and gains that worn-in feeling that you can only get with real leather in a Davida helmet.

At Davida, product development is an organic process that has always been driven by our own needs, as motorcyclists, for quality goods. In the eighties we were riding long distances over short weekends and needed kit that would protect us, fit well and look good. Frequent trips to Europe gave us the impetus to develop our first modern safety helmet and we built the 'Classic Jet' which met the European safety standards of the early 1990's and is currently rated to the highest American DOT safety standards.

Davida has a total commitment to helmet quality and head protection. Over the last few years we have combined our skills and experience to create an innovative design process for developing our helmets of the future.

All Davida helmets are made with fiberglass composite shells. They have evolved complex fiber glass shells for their modern safety helmets and also use double density liners to meet the latest European and American safety standards. Davida combines their knowledge, skills and experiences to provide a luxurious level of comfort, an excellent fit and a high standard of safety.
